I like orchestras

I really do. But I'm not as bad as Joannaman who wants the Philharmonic to play at her wedding. Nevermind the price of the thing, where would she fit all those people? Then again, she did say she wasn't gonna be the one getting married.



At this point my brother may be the only one who is.



Back to my point. I like orchestras. I swooned when the Manila Symphony Orchestra played with Sugrafree at the Music Museum, so when we heard that they were gonna play with Urbandub at the UP Fair, my sister and I were there. Nevermind that last time I went to UP Fair my phone got stolen. (It was taken from my pocket which I felt, that was violating to say the least) Nevermind that it was last Tuesday and I had work the next day.



Honestly I am not a huge fan of the band, but I like their lyrics. I know like 4 songs by ear. The rest I read.



When I got there I saw a lot of people that looked like the people who took my phone last year (the type kept anonymous but if you know me just ask) and everytime they passed by a took a step away. I like my phone thankyouverymuch. And the contents, please. The pictures alone could ruin reputations. (If those people's reputations weren't already)



Sad though the orchestra only played two songs with Urbandub. But I loved the experience nonetheless. Even if i had to suffer through countless bands I can't stand to hear them. I did see Marc Abaya perform for the album launch/10 year anniversary of Sandwich.



He is so dreamy. Normally I don't like the whole shaved head thing. But he's one of the few who can carry it off. And for a rocker he looks like he smells gooood. And I'm a sucker for that.

We left right after Urbandub. Slapshock was next. I'm really really NOT a fan.
